I decided to spend time in my High school's library. I spend 30 minutes here, and noticed many people doing a great number of different things. While here, I collected data among 8 students, 5 female and 3 male. Three of the females were studying in the table in the far top right for the full 30 minutes, while the other two were doing assignments on the computer for 20 minutes. I noticed that two of the males were quietly chatting in the bottom left table, while reading sports magazines for 10 minutes. The third male however was studying at a table by himself while listening to music. While being in the library, I noticed that it was very quiet, and not much in and out movement. Based on the data that I have collected, I have come to conclusion that the library is a common place for studying and for getting assignments and school work done. It is also a place where students can come to concentrate or to relax during school hours, or to even use the computers.
